Very expensive for burgers and fries..I would expect for the price to at least find a clean table-all dirty. No paper towels in dirty restroom. Employees standing should have been cleaning.Not a good experience .

Let me start off by saying that I love Shake Shack’s food. What I don’t like is their deceptive advertising. I received a promo for free delivery on their app. What they don’t make clear is that for delivery orders, they raise fry and shake prices by $0.20 each and burger prices by $0.50 each and then charge a 10% “service fee” at the end then claim the delivery is free. My “free delivery” order ended up costing me about $10 extra to be delivered before tipping the driver. Fool me once…

The employees just didn't speak. The female taking orders didn't say hello or ask how she could help or anything. Thought maybe she was just having a bad day but then the food runners didn't talk to anyone either. The burger was awesome! Fries are a little high priced. I got cheese fries. It says it's a cheese sauce, the sauce was awful. Luckily it was such a small amount that it didn't ruin the fries. Music inside was a bit loud but overall the atmosphere was good.

Food seemed overly small and therefore expensive, lots of tables were dirty or uneven (they rocked) and staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and minimal effort to be polite was made.

I like Shake Shack... It isn't a cheap fast food but rather a quality grub. We enjoyed the food very much. We ate outside which was very pleasant for this time of the year. Our kid had a chance to play some corn holes with other kids while we were sipping on some good local beer!

Service is a little slow, but the crinkle fries are GREAT!
The person at the front taking orders 3/6 at 3:30 pm was rude then still has the nerve to mention “to put a tip” ? then one of my burgers had the bread place incorrectly. My first job was at a burger joint it’s not that hard to have a good attitude to EARN a tip and assemble a burger correctly.

I have given this place a couple tries, but it is super expensive and literally taste like a bucket of salt. Very small portion left me feeling hungry afterwards. Then there is a tip request. Tipping is for waitress that make $2.13 an hour not hourly wage employees. Pay your employees, this is fast food no individualized service that should require a tip. Would you pay $18 for an in-out burger fries and shakes? If not then just know that it is about the equivalent for double the price, but in-and-out is better.

Burger and fries tasted good but for $17 without a drink it should taste damn good. I also thought burger was on the smaller size. Better value at the inout. They also asked me for a tip at the order counter so that's a turn off.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free buns
