I had went to another smoothie king and asked for a Banana Passion Smoothie with diet down. The person gave me blended apple juice and a busted cup. I ended up going to the Smoothie King at 2707 Southlake and the lady Virgina fixed my order… the right way. Thank you so much.

I get the same smoothie nearly every day from either here or where-ever is close to me. Many times delivered. Over the last 3 weeks bout 50% of the time I get my smoothie its made wrong. Im sure its a new employee who needs better training but Ive called to discuss and cant get and answer, and Ive talk to someone working in person and its still happening. Its probably good for my budget to stop ordering from this location but I know it wont be good for their business so this is my last effort to reach out. Hoping you will contact me as I'd like to support your business but cant keep tossing out money because my order is so wrong its bad.

Omg to start off I had a smoothie in the morning and had to come back later in the afternoon it was so good. I am so happy to see Virginia back I feel like she makes me want to come to smoothie king everyday! Just in how good her customer service is she has a positive attitude and is really determined to help. I had trouble with my online order and she has and has always had so much patience and with her customers! This is my favorite location just because of her. I genuinely feel she impacts smoothie king for the BETTER!!

July - very bad experience, terrible customer service, poor communication, mistakes, complete lack of empathy to fix the problems.August - came back because I was in a hurry for lunch… they had one person working the lunch rush, he was very slow, every customer was looking at each other rolling their eyes at how poorly he was doing and how he didn’t seem to care at all that we each had been waiting roughly 20min.An online order came in and he was really rude to the online customer, dismissive, ignored him, and kept pretending he didn’t understand… when every other customer in the room could see exactly what he was asking for.There is a smoothie place across the street that I’ll be going to in the future … or chick fil a.Very disappointing because the location of this smoothie king is great. Their customer service is just so bad.
