Quite ridiculous that there still businesses with no baby changing tables in the restrooms. Bathroom absolutely has enough room to have one. Will have to rethink where my family purchases drinks going forward.

I’ve never been to this location, but I was just blown away by the warm inviting atmosphere. The young lady who took my order was so sweet, she could tell I wasn’t a regular and when I looked confused at the sizes, she said “small, medium or large” for those of you who, frequent Starbucks you probably know that they often make a big deal about their labels for the sizes they offer (venti etc)After being treated so poorly at a collision center down the street, it was nice to get treated well by a wonderful human (with awesome pink hair !)

Horrible service. Staff is extremely rude. I asked for milk they charged me for it . I had 3 drinks and I needed some more milk for our drinks and they made me pay for it. I wonder why Starbucks don’t hire competent workers.

Staff is kind as soon as I walked into the front door I was greeted by a smile and asked how I was doing? The service was outstanding with a friendly smile and asked every detail of what I wanted with my latte.
The tables were very dirty and there was stuff all over the floor. I asked for the tables to get cleaned and the staff handed me wipes to clean it myself.Behind me a 5 year old dropped his drink and the staff did not offer to help at all.But the coffee was yummy.

It's okay that I didn't get my free drink for my birthday since I was two days late. That's their rule. What's not okay is crabby, slow service and getting one of two drink orders wrong. The correct order was a black coffee.

Stood in line for 15 mins and when I finally got to the cashier they told me I couldn’t order because they were closed. Screw this Starbucks. Don’t come here!

Ordered three drinks over the app. We went in to pick them up and there were a lot of people gathered around the pick up area. When we got the first drink the barista - a middle age looking blonde lady - put it at the furthest area where people were gathered around hovering and couldn't easily be accessed. I was standing at the pick up area but on the side where there wasn't a group hovering. I told her this. For the second drink she announced my name looked right at me acted like she would hand it to me but walked right past me to put it where I had to ask others to move to reach my drink. For the third drink she again announced my name and I asked if she could hand it to me and she would not. I was right at the counter in the pick up area. She again went out of her way to walk past me to put it in the area where a group was hovering. I can't imagine being such a miserable and unhappy person that I'd go out of the way to inconvenience complete strangers who I'd never had an interaction with before. Anyway, I tipped on the app but won't tip there the next few times I go in until after I see what the customer service is like. At the end of the day I'm just glad I'm not that sorry sack of bitter old lady.
