Its not for me. We’re going through and trying out the sushi in this area. Im extremely particular about my sushi. I got the dragon roll and it was over filled with imitation crab, a pinprick of avocado but a good amount of yellowtail topper. Terrible execution. Cucumber salad was also disappointing. Tasted and looked old and leftover. Overall, I may try this once more as it was def better than Oishii but so far, only Hatsuyuki and Nikko have been able to compete with my rankings while searching this side of the airport. Im desperate to find some more that reach my expectations!!!

Most important... the food is very high quality and tasty. 2nd - this restaurant is VERY clean. The staff are very attentive, all of them. Try the fish ice cream afterwards. Amazing.

The food is awesome, they have a lot of a sushi options(with photos!) and the regular menu is fantastic.I’ve been to most sushi places in the area and this place blows them out of the water in all categories. It’s better than Nikko in Southlake town square, go here instead.

To start, the environment and service is wonderful. The music is slow and enjoyable and it is very friendly towards people who are sensitive to loud noises. With that being said, I ordered the California roll and the Tonkatsu Ramen. The California roll was wonderful, but the ramen was very lackluster. The pork belly was wonderfully cooked and tender. However, the broth was very flavorless aside from salt and pepper. The soft boiled egg was hard boiled and the noodles were not firm in the slightest. They were very soft and unappealing. Would I come here again? Yes, but only for the sushi. The ramen definitely needs work.

Excellent! Sauces are awesome! My hubby who is a snooty Japanese lover gives it a 10 out of 5 star! I had one of their rice-less rolls with salmon, yellow tail and tuna... it was beyond fresh! Soft-shell crab handroll was good! Just all around fresh and clean! Don't hesitate... just go!
