Place closes at 10:30. I arrived at 10:20 and no one would answer. I pulled up to the window and the worker ran off and wouldn’t even acknowledge the three cars wanting to order food. This place is terrible! This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Worst taco bell experience ever! Didn't have things shown online. Nacho cheese chalupa ended up being a chalupa with shredded cheese. The Mexican pizza was just thrown together and missing the tomatoes and wasn't cut. Absolutely horrible! Will never go back! Only went cause ours in grapevine is being remodeled.
We tried the new strawberry twists on this visit and I have to say that the cinnamon twists are WAY BETTER in my opinion!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. this place closes before the hours on maps say it does often, so it's really just whenever the employees feel like it. I've found myself trying to order something listed on their menu on more than one occasion and I've been told it's out of stock. Drive thru is kinda 50/50 on whether I'm gonna receive an attitude or not just simply placing an order half the time (I also work in the food industry and I come up with a kind attitude and tone each time, but I still sometimes find myself feeling like I'm walking on eggshells when I talk to the cashier. Yikes) I never even bother going inside because this is where I go when I need food in a pinch, but I clearly can't rely on this location for that. Really wish this place could just do better because this is the closest Taco Bell from where I work at. I just had enough tonight and had to drop this in here after a worker giggled while he told me the place was closed when I came there before the listed closing hours tonight and had to drag my butt over to another location that actually has their stuff together I really don't see how this place manages to keep themselves afloat with their practices
