i love this store so much! i come here regularly and see a really hard working woman. Shout out to your employe, Emma. It’s well taken care of and the flavors are amazing! Definitely come here ☺️

If you’re a POC stay away from this location. Worse service! I visited this store on National Yogurt Day. They had a promotion for buy 1 yogurt get 1 free. I checked out with three of them assuming they would honor the1 free. After paying I noticed they charged me for three. I let the cashier know there was a mistake and she then responded “well you didn’t ask for it”. I was confused cause I’ve never had to ask a business to honor a deal that they have promoted throughout the store. I asked her for a refund and she refused. As I was leaving a group of white girls walked in and she honored the deal to them without them even asking. That is no coincidence. My family and I visit yogurtland faithfully (not this store) so this was a huge disappointment.

Just tonight I went in and stood at the counter to checkout. The man in a green vest was finishing an online order and then came over, staring at his phone propped up behind caramel and chocolate pumps. I stood there for minutes and he didn’t look up once. I asked if his cashier was working he said yes. I said I would like to check out when he was ready, he said put the yoghurt on the weight thing. I had stood there several minutes of him looking at his phone and not once at the room or the customers and line, and felt really awkward just trying to check outs this man was not a young adult, every young adult who has helped me here has been much more helpful

Every time I go to the bathroom is so dirty, toilet, floors, sink, there is no soap and smells bad.
Nummy cold treat I made a birthday cake, I also added strawberry flavored then here comes the fun part topping time!!! They had butterfingers cookie dough cheesecake Andies in one section in the next section was the fruits like bananas pineapple strawberries (which I had to put in mine with butterfingers) they also some other toppings like Cinnamon Toast Crunch ( a most for me) fruity pebbles they had all types of syrups you can think of.They had sitting inside for you to enjoy your nice cold treat instead of going outside an have it melt in 2.3 seconds.The staff was ok they just weigh the yogurt, and that was the extant of my interaction with the staff. Definitely a place to go when you need a cold something to cool you down

We love frozen yogurt and this place just didn't hit the spot for us. We tried various flavors and ended up buying a couple of the flavors but it was more out of feeling guilty. Our favorite froyo place is in Allen, it's yummy + delicious.
