Quaint and friendly. The kind of coffee shop that I grew up with before espressos became trendy. All the employees are volunteers and the profits support the Hope Center. Really, who could ask for more? Good coffee, good payries, and you are supporting a worthy cause: win win.
I love going to The Loft! With warm sunlight pouring in the farmhouse style decor, godly books on the shelves, and comfortable furniture at every turn, the atmosphere is definitely one of love and relaxation. Moreover, the spirit of God permeates this place. There are cozy places to sit and read alone and tables tucked away for meeting with friends and colleagues. Good place to come and hangout and have a good cup of joe, but when you order a bagel with cream cheese and you have to add the cream cheese yourself.... that's an issue. I can do that at home. then you have to do your own clean up, not sure why they are asking for a tip at payment? The coffee shop is clean and the staff is very friendly.
