I stopped by to get some late night ice cream for me and my daughter and they were closed up 10 minutes before they say they close. I will never go back to this location. They ignored me while I knocked. They just looked at me... Young kids closing up a business.... Such a disappointment

Baskin Robbins shares the same space with Dunkin Donuts. I bought a cake and needed a message on the cake. I was told by a Dunkin employee there was no there to write on the cake. I know 2 different companies but they need to be crossed trained or have a full time BR employee to assist their customers.

I visited this location at exactly 9 pm and they claimed they were closed i can absolutely understand hours changing but updating the site wouldBe helpful
Lazy employees half of case was open and they didn't have a good selection was the point of having that location open if y'all can't satisfy the customers have to come to different locations it doesn't even deserved a star

If I could leave 0 stars I would. To the owner of this place, do a better job of hiring adequate employees and provide better training, I walk in and it's like the place is ran by 12 year olds. I placed an order for a birthday cake A WEEK ago, I called today in the morning 10am to confirm that it would be ready and was assured that it would be. I come into the store to pick up the cake just to see that the cake decorator was walking out and said "oh he will take care of you and refund you" before I could even say anything. She knew she messed up. My cake wasn't ready and they cancelled my ordered, they didn't call me to let me know so I could prepare, they provided no solution to the matter at hand, and when I asked to speak to the store manager I got a smart a** remark "oh they won't be here until three days from now" what?! Do not come here go down the road to the Rayford location. They're unreliable, and unprofessional.

walked into the lobby and waited for 10 minutes before some young girl rudely yelled at us “bro what are you doing we’re closed!!!” Could have talked to us with some sense before she did all of that. It was 9:45 but online it says y’all close at 10:30. Also she was making another order an iced coffee drink. Will not be back terribly ran store.
