Last time I went inside I was greeted by Diego who was kind and offered a few suggestions to me and my bf for our 2 scoop sundaes. After all these years never would've thought of trying pineapple coconut in my sundae with hot fudge. Who knew?

Ordered a cake a week ago to be picked up today. To find out cake was never made. 2 employees total overwhelmed with the situation, trying to reach someone, I guess their manager on the phone, but no one answered. Terrible customer service. Offered me a refund, but needed a cake for a birthday today. So was forced to buy what they had in store which I would have to pay extra to get the same size of cake I ordered.

Went to get my wife ice cream on Mother’s Day, and saw a sign that says “closed due to weather”. As I’m typing this the sun is shining and it’s 80 degrees outside. What kind of lazy person runs this establishment?
I’ve been here a few times and the ice cream is yummy, but they are so slow. I’ve been in the drive through for about ten minutes. Also the last time I came… the cones were stale.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered a Spider-Man ice cream cake for my sons 3rd Birthday. I called to confirm my cake was ready and the lady who answered the phone claims she never saw the order but it was there and there was no way she could make this cake for me today. I called the manager and instead of offering me a cake for free considering they messed up my order for my sons birthday party all she offered was a refund. Absolutely inexcusable for a child’s birtnday cake. Needs to work on their customer service apparently they have no idea how to run a business. Try marble slabs they’re actually good .
