Very very bad service! It was my first time here for a birthday, they literally couldn't explain how the menu works, the waiter was very slow and he didn't refill pur drinks not once. The chef started to cook on the grill and finished and our kids kept waiting on food , I asked what was taking long and they forgot to put in the order so we all ate and kids food came out at the end. So sad that our birthday boy didn't get his food on time.Not coming back and DO NOT RECOMMEND

Food I'll admit was decent but not good enough for the 30 dollar charge. I get you're paying for the experience but when the chef doesn't come out for an hr and a half and the waitress practically ignores you the experience is kind of shot. I definitely regret going here last night. Especially when I watched tables fill , eat and leave before I can even get my lemons (which I never did).

Waited over 15 min when the restaurant was totally empty and had to go.
Had a very bad experience here at this location! Honestly I think Benihana's haven't been the same since COVID. On this particular day, I waited over an hour, not just my table, others that were there before me. Very odd they were short on staff, after our chef made it to our table, he wasn't friendly. The fried rice was over cooked. Highly upset with Benihana's!

Every time I come to this Benihana, I asked for Mr. Kool he is the best. Mr.Kool is highly recommend. He is so great. Also, I love this location because they are always fast and not as packed as the other ones.
