The service was good. Kind of pricey for wings. I probably will not be back . I think for the price I pay I would go elsewhere and get more for my money.

I would think twice about going to this restaurant. My son and his friends had dinner at the Spring location on Saturday March 16th and the server stole my son's wallet and management did nothing about the incident. The police were called and a report was filed. It's really sad that people can't be honest and would rather be thieves.

The place is dirty. Bathrooms are gross. Look as if not been cleaned in days. Toilet paper missing from stalls. The silverware was dirty. Had to ask for another set. The carpet today looked as if it not been vacuumed in weeks. Heartbreaking because the food and drinks we enjoy. Staff always friendly. Managed poorly to have the cleanliness be subpar.

Trying out wings to decide where we want to spend a March Madness night watching games and eating chicken wings! Heard great things about Big City. We ordered the French fry platter and everyone loved it-wedges, waffle fries, tator tots and sweet potato fries. Yummy fry sauce too! It took a while for our server to take our order of the wings but we weren't in a rush. And it was his first day post training. So we cut him some slack. We ordered 10 honey bbq, 10 Chipotle bbq, and 5 spicy ranch, plus a large celery. They were pretty good. Each tray of wings came it 2 celery sticks so we're glad we ordered a large tray of just celery. Between the 5 of us, we ate it all. The room seemed dark too. It would have been been nice to have a bit more lighting above the tables. But other than that, it seemed clean, well managed, good service and quality food.

Food was alright, I ordered the lemon pepper wings with a side of the tater tots, Gouda balls, and chicken egg rolls. The wings were pretty good, better than wing stop, tater tots were below average, no crunch, raw on the inside. The Gouda balls (which I've never had) had a good flavor, crunchy crust on the outside warm oozing cheese on the inside, the filling was also good. The chicken egg rolls were horrible, in my opinion, no crust on the outside, no flavor on the inside, tasted a bit like nothing. The sauce it came with really elevated the taste but it shouldn't need a sauce to taste good. I honestly would only comeback for the wings. They need to redo everything else honestly. Edit: I forgot to rate the customer service, Trey helped me out, great guy. We had a conversation of our time in the military and he's a genuinely nice dude. The place was well decorated, ambiance felt a bit slow and empty for a Friday night but I understand most people would prefer to get the wings delivered or picked up to take out.

They overcharged my in laws and didnt provide a receipt . Completely unacceptable. They called on the phone but the issue was not resolved. Over charged around $20 on Tuesday when the wings should’ve been half off. I hope the tip wasn’t forged. We visit often but will not anymore if the new employees are thieves.

Tried this place tonight. Tyler was awesome!!! Pickle spears were amazing and bone-in wings were good. We had garlic parmesan, buffalo med & hot and spicy ranch.
