A week ago, I ordered some garlic parmesan chicken wings and onion rings. OMG the wings were good, but GAWD DANG those onion rings were busting!!!? The young man Kevin (who was extremely helpful with assisting with my order) and the manager Dana told me it was going to be delicious and they definitely did not disappoint! I’m going back today and hope that the food taste as good as it did last week.

Great food ,but service not so great.order appetizer received half my whole order which was wings and never got the appetizer.waiter stated was taking so long due to subbing tenders for fried mushrooms.delivered our wings without ranch.had to get manager to bring us ranch for the wings.wings sat there for 15 minutes without the ranch..the whole time our server was at the food counter running his fingers thru his hair or scratching his head..pretty nasty... my 3 year olds food finally got there as we were ready to leave.nothing much said from manager,jyst offered to take an order of fries off the bill.not good buisness at all all that took over an hour.pretty ridiculous....would like to revisit this place as food was good..hopefully service is way better next time.I like giving second chances to food establishments. Only because I enjoyed the food..try better next time.i run a business and know customer service very well..

We are frequent customers at this location and tonight was awful. We sat in the bar area and bartender Shayna was not doing her job. We had to wave her down to get service and ask the manager, James, to order food. Shayna left the bar area numerous times and was too busy to be bothered. She spent time chatting with the cashier and other servers on the floor. We requested checks and asked what was going on after not receiving them in a timely manner. Shayna became combative with our group and began arguing. The manager took her into the bar closet where she started yelling at him. Total drama at this place!

Very undesirable customer service at this location. After being sat down 10 min went by and not a single person came to acknowledge that 1, they are short of staff and someone will be able to help. Or 2, can i help get you something to drink while you wait. Nothing! When you decide to dine in with kids, 10 min of waiting for someone to speak with you is a lot of time to go by to not know anything. I decided to just leave after that and eat someone where else. Not even the manager that i spoke with was any help at all. It’s a shame that this place has great food only to be soiled by bad service. That would put a taste in anyones mouth and not want to eat at this location again.

This has to be the sadest Wing place ever. We have been here 3 times and I have NEVER gotten good service. The waitress have been nice all 3 times but they are under staffed. Our waiter the first time left us and went to go bartend without telling us. The cooks suck. The second time it took over a hour to get our food cause they said they had a fire earlier in the day. It has taken more than 45 minutes to get out food every time we have been here.
