Pizza is pretty good but I am still searching for great garlic knots! They’re certainly the best I’ve had in the area but not as good as what you find in NY.The cannoli was REALLY delicious! Highly recommend!

Very very disappointed in this pizza. The pizza ordered had extra meat and cheese which fell very short. 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage per slice and ordered extra cheese which there was no evidence that was the case here. Flavor from the sauce was good but pizza as a whole fell very short and disappointing. I was excited to try this pizza, but not happy. $2.00 a topping they have to make sense this made zero sense. Black olives cover the pizza which we ordered. I really hope the management can fix this serious problem or could lose business because you don’t get what you ordered. I would like to order again but fear would get the same result. Hey management how are you going to fix this??

Favorite was good but wow extra meat and cheese was not on this pizza. 2 pepperoni and 1 sausage on the pizza. Red onion was not there and for black olives some not a lot. As for the extra cheese again was not there either. Very very disappointing and hope management can fix this problem. Paid over $36 dollars and when order extra meat and cheese means meat and cheese. I believe the owner should have a refund on this order.

Clean and friendly place, plenty of indoor seating. Get it for here, get it to go. Crust is cooked to perfection. We were starving and were craving pizza and wanted to check out a new spot. Didn't disappoint. We inhaled 3/4 of that large pizza with in minutes. I'd go back.
I went to Brooklyn Pizzeria today for the first time for lunch and was enthusiastically greeted by one of the family members who make up this family owned business. I was advised that all of the ingredients are shipped in from New York and if you've ever had a slice from New York, you would undoubtedly know that was true. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza , 6 hot wings (lunch special) and four cheese stuffed fried ravioli. Everything was amazing! The food was hot and fresh. Brooklyn Pizzeria is the most authentic NYE style pizza on the Northside of Houston and you all must try it. No shade to Papa John's or Mod Pizza but of you want a really good pizza that will make your taste buds breakdance with joy....a pizza that's a real meal, with fresh ingredients; this place is it! Also they offer a vast selection of items under the Italian food umbrella to choose from. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! Their cashier who is short, African American, and heavyset needs to be REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. As someone who truly loves pizza and considers myself a foodie I wanted to experience a new place to visit after taking my daughter to dance practice for a treat. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AT ALL. As a business owner customer service is a focal point in experiences and this is HORRENDOUS. Please implement customer experience training or your business will CONTINUE to lose future customers

On December 12 I visited this 9702 Spring Cypress Rd location for my very first time on a whim. I asked the short dark skinned chubby black woman cashier (describing her because I didn't get her name and I want the owners to see this) what the Bk Special pizza was and after she explained it I wasn't interested and told her I just wanted a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni. That same cashier brought me a slice of cheese and a slice of the Bk special. I informed her there was a mistake and that I ordered the pepperoni. She says ok and goes to the back to correct the order. From my seat in the dining room I could hear her talking about me to another employee. She then brought me my pepperoni slice and at that point I decided to address her directly. I told her that I could hear every word that she said about me. She then gets an attitude with me and starts blaming me for the mix up and telling me how she doesn't care that I could overhear her talking about me. I asked for a manager and she responded that she is the manager. I requested a refund and left. The amount of disrespect that this young lady showed she should be fired immediately.Also I only got one bite of my cheese slice and it was terrible. 0/10 Do yourself a favor and go to Vitos Famous pizza, which is just two minutes from there and get you a slice of their White Pizza.

The staff at the Spring Cypress Location is horrible. We have ordered from this location a few times and every time they are rude or act like they don’t like working. We ordered our pizza at 5:25pm, I called at 6:12pm asking where our food was and first 2 times I called no answer, called from my husband who home and she answered right away. I asked where our food was and she said he left the store at 5:50pm, I asked if she could see where the driver was and she put me on hold and never came back, so after 5 mins of waiting I hung up. No return call… Finally at 6:47pm our pizza decided to arrive, no sorry from the driver, nothing was said at the fact that he drove around an hour with our food. Our Stromboli was soggy and our pizza was cold. The lack of customer service was unreal.
