I don't think I've ever had a good experience at BWW. Went to dinner yesterday. All of our food came our cold. I notified the staff, and they sent it back to be remade. They remade the wrong order. Sent it back again. The waitress attempted to make it right. This was appreciated. However, this isn't the first time. Each visit we've had has been bad. Needed lunch after shopping took longer than I planned. I enjoyed the wings and fries, just what I needed before going and picking up food to keep me in for the upcoming cold weather. Know what they say, don't buy groceries when you're hungry. Love

The service was not good. The tables weren't clean and there was no bar service although it was 2 hrs until they closed. Ordered sodas and they were just carbonated water. No flavoring. Told the server and they didn't bring any new drinks. More than likely won't be back.
