Never have issues with the food. But what I didn't like, I hope upper management see this, is as yes it was busy, had some managers sitting down at a table talking. Instead of getting up to help, scolded the employees who were taking orders. Its a mall , so everyone ends up in same area... to order and for pickup.Instead of getting up to help, be traffic control, just sat there griping at them.I am sure that was not the only time that day. If it were me, I would have dropped my gear and left. Come and help, be a part of the team, a solution. Dont sit behind the desk and gripe at people. They were not slacking, but waiting for people to make their way to ordering line. Looked like 2 store managers and 2 senior managers.

Fast food. Kinda overpriced for something I have to stand and order in a chow line and then hungry again an hour later.
We show up after closing and the young man is cleaning and draining the milk shake machine. We tell the staff that we dropped in for a cone and we ask if we can have one. Without hesitation he grabs two cones and make them for us. Explaining that the toll is closed we don’t pay! Not sure ANY other chain would ever do that for us. Bet not! First Class guys!
