In my first visit to this particular Chick-fil-A location, I was genuinely excited to try something new close to my workplace. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I encountered Sarah during the drive-through mobile line. She seemed distant and unpleased to assist me, struggled to find my order promptly, and didn't offer a single smile. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer, which was quite disappointing. It was especially unsatisfying coming from a Chick-fil-A store, known for its exceptional customer service.

Lost my laptop the day before and came in early in the morning and was greeted with smiles and amazing service!The opening staff on April 9th was amazing and furthermore they where a blessing since it turned out the had my lost Laptop.A silly mistake which had me anxious and nervous was soon solved by the managers amazing service and the staffs great energy.This is by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while and the willingness to help is what really got to me.all love Chick-fil-A.

Went to location today for a early lunch and the fries were hard.. I turned a round and went back through the drive thru to exchange the fries. The new order of fries was just as bad. The cashier at the window was" gave me a look like whatever "The nuggets I didn't find appetizing either ? but I was already back at work. Oh by the way the fries went in the trash. This location is pretty terrible I really only come here every once in awhile. And every single time the service has been awful.
Writing reviews is something I usually do not do. Although after 3 bad orders it’s definitely time to do so. I have never came across a chick fi la that I have something negative to say about, so this is surprising. Attention to detail and customer service skills are lacking at this location. Three different instances I’ve had a missing side, completely wrong order or after waiting over 1.5hrs for a delivery the wrong sauces for my salads. Who ever is managing this location is either 1 just trusting but not verifying their staff or 2 clearly hiring younger staff who could care less. If you come to this location I highly recommend checking your order before leaving to its entirety and DO NOT order delivery.Or to avoid any mishaps the Stuebner Franchise is consistently good quality!

I won’t be using the Chick-Fil-A app delivery anymore. Why is my drink always missing? You want me to eat this dry sandwich with no type of hydration. It’s literally a Chick-Fil-A employee delivering my order. I’m not using Uber Eats or Door Dash, I was using CHICK-FIL-A DELIVERY.. I also even left a tip in app!

Best customer service. The cashier was awesome and made my daughter's birthday special. The food was good.Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed the play are. My daughter enjoyed her birthday, if an 8 year old says it was the best birthday ever, that says a lot.
