Never in my life have I experienced this at any cfa. Raw nuggets delivered to us, about 6 were eaten before a feeling of looking and seeing that it was raw, not sure if the others were raw or it was just this one but regardless that’s cross contamination and absolutely disgusting. Immediately threw up. Staff seemed to not give any care at all, and couldn’t figure out how to get it resolved at all.

This place is buns!Any recent 5star review is a bot.They sell old fries here, watery milkshakes and can't even get the condiments right. The teens couldn't care less. No one says my pleasure or flashes a smile. Refunds are not an option for legitimate food errors.I will never come here again.

I asked for fresh nuggets because I'm paying for it . I understand yall over cook nuggets to keep the line moving but I do not want lukewarm nuggets. When I ask for it and yall don't do it, Then you get mad if I return them . It's a reason I tell you ahead of time and I have no problem waiting .

I placed an order for sweet tea with lemons and extra ice. When it arrived, it was missing the lemons and the extra ice. There was no prior communication from the restaurant about any changes to my order. After reaching out to them, they neither agreed to correct the order nor offered a refund.

Got my order completely wrong down to the name and condiments I asked for!!! Called and let the manager DAMARIS know and she was completely rude and unhelpful. She kept mentioning a refund which I never asked for I just told her I was pregnant and wasted my gas coming there and now I have to make a 30 min trip back and it is very inconvenient for me due to my situation and now I have to do the most because THEY MADE MY ORDER WRONG! Damaris then states that I either bring my sandwich back tonight or hold on to it for two weeks and bring it in when I can or I get nothing. What joke. So I’m supposed to hold onto a chicken sandwich for two weeks and have nothing for dinner tonight. Why would you expect someone to hold onto a sandwich for two weeks? That’s disgusting and I’m highly disappointed in this location and the management.

I know what a chick-fil-a experience is supposed to feel like.. and this one wasn’t it… Shelby was REALLY dry and short.. I ordered 2, 4ct chicken minis.. Bread was super doughy and there was a hair in one of the minis… Go to another

I don’t typically leave bad reviews. But this is the worst chick-fil-a in the Spring area. My family and I will go out of our way to visit another CFA but sometimes due to time and convenience we have to come to this location. Sadly, most times we are disappointed. Either our order is wrong, we’re missing an item, or no sauces are included. This location unfortunately does not CFA standards in my opinion.
