Came here crazing a cinnamon roll and left here craving a cinnamon roll. I didn't care for this place. Cinnamon roll was dry and gross, soft served ice cream is disgusting with a funky icee texture, and they didn't have coffee so that was a disappointment.

I’ve been to a lot of cinnoholics but the 6535 location in spring is by far going the distance with customer service and care. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I drive an extra 15 min just to go to this location do yourself the favor and do the same !!!Parking: There is plenty of parking and it’s free !Kid-friendliness: My kid loves their sweetsWheelchair accessibility: The bathroom is wheel chair accessible and clean

The cinnamon rolls here are so good and vegan which is actually wild. Something that could be improved is the hours they don't open till 10 which is kinda odd for breakfast food.
Get your SWEET on!!! They make king cake, amazing cinnamon rolls, and some nice coffee to boot! I just picked up my pre-ordered king cake and made a last minute decision to refuel my mama coffee meter and grabbed a delicious hazelnut iced latte. The gentleman running the store threw in a toasted cinnamon roll for FREE!!! He also helped me bring my cake to my kid music jamming car! Great service! There are a couple of sweet girls who've helped us here before too! Yeah we're hooked. What can I say, we're Cinnaholics!!!??

The service was great. Their kid is the best cashier. So sweet and nice and welcoming a great face to see when entering. The music was energetic. The mom and dad are fast as always. The menu has several crafty combinations to choose from, and you can also customize/custom build your own concoction!Also worth mentioning are some of the BEST brownies I've ever had.... Lunch lady style, these goodies are fudgy & moist on the inside with light, crunchy edges. They also have coffee cakes, cookies, and more, too! Such a GREAT VARIETY of baked treats. They had so many selections and options from cookie dough to fresh fruit to decadent desserts that they put as additional add-ons on top of their ginormous Cinnabon, think of when you go to a ice cream place and they mix in mixings. This is a Cinnabon where you mix in your own toppings. It's amazing if I could give this place 10 stars I would five stars don't even do it justice and the owner is always there on deck to help with anything, everybody has got to go there and try this place. I've never had a wonderful dessert experience like this in my life. Last week by pure happenstance we decided to pop in while running errands. It was clean, well lit and smelled incredible when we walked in. The gentleman who I now know as the owner Hanan, walked from the kitchen and greeted us. I was with 2 of my kids (10 & 11)This was our first visit and if I could give it 10 stars I would. I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. Not only did Hanan take the time to explain all of the treat options, he offered samples to ensure we were going to enjoy what we ordered, included the kids in the process of building our order and helped them have so much fun in the process. He was genuine and kind in his conversation and we felt so welcome and appreciated. It made me want to let others know (a week later-??♀️) that this business is quality and I highly recommend stopping in to support this family! Thank you so much for giving us such a special experience!
