Took me an hour to get dinner when the place was nearly empty, $10 cocktail that didn’t seem to have alcohol in it. Waiter never brought me a beer. Food was good but not planning on going back.

I was looking forward to trying this place, but it was disappointing. There was a stench that seemed like sewage, the table was sticky, and the service was mediocre.

I have been here many times and am always impressed! The food is delicious, especially the crawfish and crab, and the staff is always so friendly! The garlic sensation is my absolute favorite flavor. Highly recommend this place for anyone that likes things spicy!

The girls really loved their crawfish crab legs& shrimp. Said the flavor was excellent. They got the LA mild Said it was spicy but not too hot just hot enough. I got the catfish nice thick filets....so good. The crawfish etouffee was pretty good

We were very excited to try this place. Once we walked in, service was a bit slow but that was ok. Only one member of the staff was wearing a mask, nobody else was.Our waiter kept wiping snot off his nose and making drinks. Once we saw him take out the trash, still without washing his hands once, we asked for our check and left.The drink we ordered was good, but I was so disappointed knowing that this restaurant was a super spreader establishment.

I ordered 7 pounds of garlic butter crawfish and threw most of them away. The crawfish didn’t have any flavor and didn’t have any garlic. Definitely not worth the $10/pound they’re charging. Such a waste. Won’t return.

The only recommendation I can make is to completely avoid this restaurant.The only pros:I liked the seasoning on the friesThe crawfish were decentNow for the long list of cons:We placed our order on Friday night 3/19. My boyfriend called in the order for 3 dinners:Grilled citrus flounder with fries and 2 pieces of cornGrilled citrus shrimp with steamed veggies and corn & potatoes1 pound of crawfish and fried okraHe was given the time the order would be ready and headed right over to the restaurant. When he got there, they were busy and he had to wait for someone to bring him our order. I do need to mention that we live about 40 minutes from this location - he was picking it up on his way home from visiting a friend.When he got home, we took our food out only to find they had not put his order of crawfish in the bag. We tried calling and there was no answer, so he decided to head back to the restaurant, which is 40 minutes from us. When he left, I tried calling the restaurant - it took more than 15 calls over the span of 15-20 minutes before someone picked up. During this time, I had started eating my food. I was not given 2 pieces of corn like we had asked and my sides were mixed up with my mom's. The corn was so overcooked that it was soft and had no flavor. My fish was so dry and had no flavor - I wasn't even able to finish more than a few bites.When they finally picked up, I was already angry due to it taking so long for someone to answer, part of the order being left out, and the quality of the food. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I was speaking to her. The manager's name was BRENDA. She never apologized or even said she understood why I was upset. She started off by telling me she couldn't answer any soon because they were so busy (no apology). She told me she didn't take the order so i shouldn't be upset with her (not the way to handle things as a manager, and again no apology). Then she proceeded to lecture me about how I was being rude, wasn't nice, and hurt her feelings. Honestly, BRENDA shoud find another job if she's expecting customers who are upset to always be perfectly pleasant, especially when they're immediately greeted with excuses. Funny thin is - BRENDA was the person who took the order. She just happened to forget.I wasn't getting anywhere with Brenda, so she decided to put me on the phone with the assistant manager, James. James was much more understanding and listened to why I was upset without interrupting me. However, he made excuses for the quality of my food. He told me it was our fault my fish was dried out because of the long drive. I told him that I understand my food would be cold - but it was clearly dried out from being left under the heat lamp. He told me again that was or fault because we must have been late to pick up the order. Since my boyfriend was there at the time the order was supposed to be ready, but had to wait because they were so busy, this is cearly not our fault. I told him I cound;t even eat my food, but he refused to refund any of the payment for it. He asked what I wanted o happen and I told him that the cerawfish should be fully refunded due to the inconvenience as well as a discount on my meal since it was inedible. He told me that wasn't going to happen. In the end he told my boyfriend that he would take 20% off the order. We still have to check to see if that refund went through.When my boyfriend arrived at the restaurant, he was immediately greeted by both Brenda & James. Brenda again told him she didn't take the order - he pulled out his receipt to show her that her name was on it. She was shocked because she didn't remember. Still no apology. Then she proceeded to tell him that she didn't like his girlfriend because she was rude! She is very unprofessional and clearly needs to find a new line of work. We will never stop at this location again and I would highly advise everyone else reading this review to find a different place to eat.
