Employees need better/more training. Never been to this location & had the worst experience. The African American lady up front with short red hair had the nastiest attitude/demeanor the moment I entered (and another who was possibly on break but chilling at the bar on his phone just made things no better), it almost felt like I did something wrong by entering the place. Ordered food to go. It was awful. Dry meat tough meat. I also got a bake potato with turkey, very little meat on the potato. I spent 41.00. I should have read the reviews before going I would have not gone. Will not go back.

Ordered at the Louetta location for Fathers Day for 25 people the food was amazing we went with the chicken, brisket and jalapeño cheese sausage all were great. They delivered it to my home promptly at 11 with everything to go with it. The service was A+. Thank you for giving my family more time to enjoy the company instead of cooking.
