Like a trip back to our college days at Texas A&M, minus all the loud college kids, lol. Customer service was OUTSTANDING. These people work very hard to please and are so friendly and welcoming. Favorites were, cauliflower Alfredo cheese pizza (SO AMAZING ??-- we didn't even order it and got to taste it and ended up having the whole order because it was SO.GOOD.) and Philly Cheese Steak Stromboli -- absolutely yum! Thank you for a fun family stay-cation spring break evening for this family of 5 (and our youngest Aggie in town for SB as well!). Will return!

Will not be returning. We were very disappointed. My husband and I dined in on a Sunday around 6:30, the place was not busy at all. About 3 tables were occupied, and a lot of unoccupied tables were dirty with dirty dishes just sitting there. They did not have a variety of pizzas it was basically all the same (cheese & sausage) and the “clean” plates were still dirty. My husband said even the restroom was filthy. Pizza was cold. After seeing all that mess I lost my appetite and we had to leave. I can’t believe we paid $30 ($15 each). If the whole public area was dirty I can’t imagine the kitchen ?.

Dirty, no pizza resdy on the buffet for like 30 plus minutes. Then one pizza came out and so many people were waiting it was gone. Salad bar dirty completely empty of all toppings and salad fixings. Not worth it.

I was lied to, mistreated, and abused by the ignorant and absent minded staff around 3pm 10/23/23 for my carryout order.I put my carryout order in between 15-20 minutes before I arrived to this location. I got a large half pepperoni, half Italian sausage thin crust pizza, and a steak Stromboli. Upon arrival, my pizza was missing half the sausage. My pizza needed to be remade even though I had already given them more than enough time to get my order correct the first time. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for the new pizza, all while a staff member had to announce to the school kids their new "no loitering" policy in front of me and other customers.A staff member quietly brought me my remade pizza and Stromboli. He said "we're so sorry for the trouble, here." and handed me my order and just walked away. I assumed this was their way of making up for their mistake, as they didn't ask for payment. To my surprise the pizza looked disgusting when I inspected it in my car. Hardly any toppings and two slices of pizza didn't have any cheese or sause or topping on them. At least it was free I thought.About 5 min down the road I got a call from double daves that I haven't paid for my order. So I turned around back to the restaurant, showed them the gross pizza due to their mistake, and I left it there. I had over 40 minutes of my day off ruined by the ignorance of the staff. I wont be back. Manager offered the grossly made pizza and stramboli for free, but my time is worth more, so I left them with their mess.

Just needed to say that my time was also wasted for a horrible mistake by the staff. They were unprofessional and were going to send me off with a poorly made pizza missing cheese, sauce, and toppings on big bubbles burned into the pizza.Read my son's, Dillan Dailey, review for a better account of what happened. I was in the car waiting while this disaster played out. They need a lower rating for this poor performance.
