Best Nutrition!!!! Spring needed this place. So glad I found it. No more Starbucks coffee runs for my caffeine boost or protein drink that leave a horrible after taste. These protein drinks taste like milkshakes. Low in calories and are full of vitamins and nutrients. The tea's are just as yummy and give me the energy I need to keep up with three teenagers. The owner as so helpful and friendly. The overall atmosphere is insane!!!! So contagious. I walked out in such a great mood.

The guy in the front was super sweet and the service was awesome! He walked us through the menu and gave great suggestions. The vibe is amazing and the place is very cute inside as well. The thing that is really holding this place back from being just mediocre to amazing is the lack of healthy options and the value of the smoothies. My husband and I spent $20 for 2 16 oz smoothies made of protein powder water and ice. Which is very expensive considering the smoothie king down the road will set you back a little less and there is actual fruit and better proteins. And this place is advertised as healthy, however most options add cookies chocolate sauce and caramel. And the protein they use is the Herbalife pyramid scheme stuff so the actual protein isn't really even that great. The teas are the same way. The shakes are fine, but not worth $20 for 2.
