Ordered a large rebel drink with strawberry boba and they forgot the boba so I went back the drive through and they took the drink back from me and barley put any boba in it. I had to stir it for over 5 minutes to get any of the boba to go to the bottom of the drink. A little bummed.

The Golden Eagle is my favorite drink frozen. The first 2 times we went by my drink was perfect. The last time not so much. The customer service at this location is either really good or just bad.

My friend and I were in the area and decided to stop by and grab a drink yesterday (2/20/24). Props to their customers for knowing how to use the merge lanes. The linebuster was nice and took our order quickly without much extra conversation. Unfortunately when we got to the window that's where our service was not very good. We were half greeted by the window person, they offered us a straw and then proceeded to step back from the window out of view. This is not the Dutch experience, especially if a window person is present. When our drink was ready the person at window just held out the drink without saying anything. My drink was fine, but overall just disappointed with the service. I visit a lot of different Dutch Bros and this was by far one of the poorer customer service interactions I've experienced.

This is probably not unique to this store but I was not aware that they don't sell drip coffee. Instead you get an Americano. Never would have stopped if I knew that. Of course they didn't tell me that until I had paid. They were nice enough. My order was quick but one car took well over 5 minutes
