Usually they are very good. Today the fries were soggy and not good. They happily remade them and the result was only slightly better but still not good. They were also having issues getting orders together in a timely fashion. I wouldn't give up on them permanently based on many positive experiences before but today was definitely a miss.

My experience at this location included terrible service. Being ignored. Not even looked at when trying to pick up a to go order. I also didn’t like someone on the grill asking customers what they are ordering. I don’t want to yell my order and I really don’t want to hear others yell theirs. Possibly understaffed but they weren’t very busy. And nobody smiled.

I was recently there and ofc the food is always great but this particular visit I encounter an employee named Khai which made my experience outstanding. His pleasent attitude and willingness to be helpful really made this visit special. You don’t see a lot of great customer service these days especially from the younger generation but this guy here is a star! Keep him around n good job ! Definitely will return

Way overpriced for greasy fries and flavorless burger. Spent 22 on a bacon burger and fry and drink. The burger was juicy but bland.
Always great, a little pricey but you have to pay for good help in your restaurant these days. I'd eat there twice a week but my doctor advised it's probably not healthy to do that. Haha.

I love these burgers, but the fries, in my opinion, are next level. Crispy and seasoned to perfection. Cajun is the best! Don't eat here if you're on a budget, but it is worth every penny!!!

It's the price for me. $13 for a mediocre McDonald's size cheeseburger is absurd. I won't be buying from this pretentious company again. Let this not be confused for vitriol, because that is not the intention. The people here are nice, the issue is not with them but the company's decision to charge so much. The buyer has the power and I won't be supporting a company that expects their customers to pay whatever price they decide to charge.
