As an employee at this location, please do not seek for a job here. As new changes have been constantly made, this store is going downhill. We are constantly understaffed since changes to our schedule have been made drastically, it’s clear that labor is more important than people’s bills and mental health now. Minors should not have to close by themselves, they should not have to leave the store at 12 in the morning when their shift ended at 10, they should not be quitting because they are overwhelmed with everything new that is happening. Today two unscheduled employees were treated with disrespect when they came in willingly to help out, next thing you know they get fired. Same day the General manager got electrocuted, went to the ER, and she comes back into work and got mistreated and fired just for wanting to go home and rest. I seriously don’t know what’s going on anymore but please let this be the last place you consider if you need a job.

By far the worst Freddys we have ever been to. They couldn’t figure out the register and then our order was cancelled had to reorder everything! Food came out of and cold. Told them said they would remake it took another 20 mins and we decided not to even eat there anymore. The girl comped our meals because it was so bad and she wasn’t even a manger which whom was nowhere to be found apparently.

Check, check and check your food before leaving. I ordered an original double cheese burger with lettuce wrap and I received this rotten lettuce. Whoever prepared this, I’ll challenge that person to eat this.

I wouldn’t work here nor would I eat here. The general manager Twelia is rude has a nasty attitude and shows favoritism towards workers she likes.She is also very lazy and all she does is sits in the office with her favorites bully’s and gossip about other workers she’s ver immature and doesn’t know how to run a business she calls her favorite workers her “babies” and lets them steal food and get away with everything. I texted her number before about my paycheck, instead of having a 1 on 1 with me like a grown woman she messaged the whole group chat with me and everyone else who works there saying “Don’t text my number unless we cool like that” if that’s not unprofessional I don’t know what is. also her nephew Kendrick who works there shows favoritism he’s always out of uniform but gets on other people for being out of uniform. The store is just unprofessional not clean, I’ve seen my coworkers eating with their gloves on in which they make food with. the store is even hiring people who don’t speak English making it harder to get the job done because fast food requires communication. A supervisor who works there named aberuy has a nasty attitude and vapes in the bathroom during her shift. During closing no one cleans things correctly there would still be old food on dishes from the previous day. Overall this establishment is unprofessional and just needs to be shut down

i’ve came to the store numerous times and have not been impressed any of them. The general manager screams at the employees and is insanely rude to them as she is with the customers my number never gets called. The floors are always dirty tables are always dirty staff is always on their phones and are also rude honestly for the general manager being so old, she no better than the children that work for her. it’s honestly embarrassing that the store is associated with the Freddy’s company because it honestly is a circus and the food is not that good none of it is seasoned and always soggy and the people on fry barely even use gloves and if they do they get on their phones anyways with the gloves or without them and without washing their hands they get back to work. The bathrooms are always dirty. The whole store inside and out is dirty down to the workers. fix it.

Do not allow your children to work for this establishment. The general manager Mrs T. enjoys spending her time belittling and bullying the younger staff members that work there. I am appalled by the messages I read on some private chat group she uses with the workers at this establishment. This woman drinks in the parking lot and sits in the office with her favorite employees. She teams up with her favorite employees and cusses at and bullies 15 and 16 year old employees. This general manager makes jokes on how she can get away with what she wants because she golfs with a corporate member named Brian. This isn’t the first time this woman has bullied children either, then she will erase group chats and start news ones, thinking she is hiding the evidence. This woman does not belong working with children or with public in general. Also she allows 15 year olds to work more than they are suppose to. She has had complaints to corporate about her before. My daughter worked her way up to supervisor in less than a year but I will not allow my child to be treated the way I seen this woman speaking to her so I have had her quit working for this shameful company

Walking up the first thing that I noticed was how dirty the glass door was and after opening the door the second thing was the rug inside the door was just as dirty as the door. Our shoes were sticking to the floor as we walked to the counter and the inside had a dirty smell to it. We were only ordering custard so have no idea how the food tastes but if we had gone there to eat we probably wouldn’t have stayed. The custard was very good. I think the manager needs to manage a little bit more with the cleaning part of this establishment to make it a more enjoyable eating experience for customers. Will most likely only drive through to get custard occasionally if ever again. Based on this trip I would probably recommend the custard but would share our experience with the dirtiness of the place.

First of all, there were what seemed to be 15 employees all under of the age of 16. There was one other table besides us yet nothing there was clean. Employees just hang out at the register and give looks when you go to order. Food was sloppy. Restrooms were dirty. Walls have cracks and holes. Custard was warm and poorly proportioned. Place gives me back of a classroom vibes. Place needs adult supervision. Business owner seems to reply to all of the reviews yet nothing changes. Please put this place out of its misery.
