I ordered something other than a burger - Nashville-inspired hot chicken sandwich. The manager didn’t even know they were supposed to have pickled onions for the sandwich. He pointed me to the fresh onions. It wasn’t bad, but it was definitely disappointing not to get what the menu promised. The rest of my family ordered burgers and mostly enjoyed what they got.

Tables where sticky, but even after cleaning then they were still sticky. Think the top coat of the table needs to be redone other wise great food

First time coming here and will be my last, drive-tru was closed, so I ordered curbside pickup no one came. I called 3 times and no answer, when I got inside I had to wait for them to find my order. Then when I asked for a container for my sides they gave me this small cup to hold my food. I hope everyone read this and don’t waste your time coming here. Go to anywhere else but here.

At its best, Fuddruckers has a good, large burger on tasty bread and good fries. Maybe I was there on an off day. Probably will try again and update if improved, but the bun was soggy as were the fires and the meat was dry. hmmm, my first bad experience at fudd's (would have given 2* but normal is 4*)

Didn't feel welcome. John was working at the register that day and looked at us like if we were at the wrong place eating. It really makes you feel uncomfortable and wouldn't want to go there ever.

Due to the short staffing this place is a complete mess. This place isn't busy at all and we have been in here for the past hour and no other people have come in. The dirtyness of this place is just disgusting. They have 6 people working and not one person is doing any cleaning. *Dirty used mask on tables. *trash on tables. *trash on the floors. *spilled drinks on the floor. *bathrooms are a complete mess. This place should be clean. Ohh and the food sucks.
Location- Floors sticky, tables not cleared. Cleaning supplies left out at waste disposal station . No condiments put out, plastic utensils.... Landscaping dying out front. Good - As far as food seemed about the same good flavor therefore must conclude just a site management issue I hope All in all leads me to believe Fuds going down, new owner better tighten up ship before it's too late
