Nice to have the Colombian culture in the Sprint area, there really is a lack of more restaurants with Latin cultures in Houston!! However, I think they should work more on the quality of the food, such as the flavor, seasonings, and ensuring that the food arrives hot at the customer's table.Another thing I think they should change is the way they present the food (the dishes) coffee is not enjoyed in these cups.. Couldn't even take a picture because we were devouring the food. It was delicious. Our family went to celebrate my nephew.The portions are big, even the kids. They aren't stingy. Adults had bandeja paisa and kids had paisa kids. If I find a picture from the last time I'll post it. Service was good.

I had really high hopes for this place, but I was underwhelmed. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa and the beef, chicharrones were good the rice was hard! The piece of sausage was completely dry and had an bad aftertaste. The empanada was very good.
