it's a nice HEB but for some reason the staff here are very...i don't know...you tell me : i'm a new mom. baby is 4 months so she goes everywhere with me. my mom took us grocery shopping with her and we kept her company a couple days before Christmas Eve. we checked out and a lady who i assume was manager told a guy standing and chatting with another staff member to help us to our car. he grabbed our cart and followed us to the door. i'm truly not sure if he wasn't paying attention...read full review
Rude pharmacist tech and not helpful. Wby is customer service so rare these days? It doesn't cost anyone to be kind and helpful. This is the H‑E‑B on Main St. You are a pharmacy that deals with sick people and some that are very sick. Being kind and sympathetic should be top priority instead of being a smartelic and rude.

I love this HEB. It's clean, organized and the staff is always so nice! The managers and employees are amazing. As corny as this sounds, I feel like I'm visiting my second home when I go there. Especially during Christmas time. I just love everything about this store!
