I just want chicken and I pull up at 7:14pm today at 10/07/2023 and they put a sign saying lobby closed and there is people eating in the lobby and they just had the drive thru open
This is the best Hartz in Houston IMO .... I've lived around and visited several locations throughout my 39 years of being alive and this is THE ONE. They season chicken like it was made at home. The food is always fresh and they consistently are fresh and hot. I've been on this side of town for a year and have visited several times throughout this past year and i have no complaints. They are better than Popeyes, church's, and the other Hartz located in the other side of 45 headed to humble. Whoever is managing is doing an awesome job. Please continue to consistently serve us fresh, hot, seasoned to perfection chicken and let's not leave the mouth watering tenders out of the conversation. So good.

If you're new to TX like me, I took the liberty of trying this place out for you; so save your money. The chicken looked aesthetically pleasing but tasted like the oil was old. This food is too pricey for it to taste bad.

My husband picked up dinner us and my 3 wings was old, they actually put an extra one in there and it was even more old and dry. I called to tell them and she asked me to bring it back so the cook could check to see if it's old. What a joke. I frequent this place a lot but not anymore. She was not apologetic and it's sad that we spent money on bad food. Lesson learned.
