This is a great place to bring the kids with healthy options and good food for the adults. They have Gluten Free, Keto, and Paleo choices. I love Hat Creek while traveling since the kids can play while waiting for food. A good-sized playground with a casual atmosphere. The prices are comparable to similar fast casual eateries.

I had experience there with a team employee, Aaliyah.She had the nerve to fat shame me when I’ve seen whales that are skinnier than her. She followed it up by making racist and derogatory comments.There are plenty of burger joints where they appreciate your business, not insult you.

Wow! Outstanding food and service. This place is hard to beat, especially if you have super energized kids like mine and need a place for them to go play. Today we tried their burgers, chicken and fried pickles. It was all spectacular.Aside from the food the manager was the best part, extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome and not rushed. Thanks so much for making our friends lunch amazing! We look forward to coming back.Kid-friendliness: The playground is outside but the seating is inside for parents with big doors that open to make it easy to watch the kids.

Here's the deal, this place will likely be slammed.. super busy during normal meal times. The food is really good, and the kid's play area does kill some time for waiting families with kids, but the total time to get your food is bad. Very slow service, we waited over 40 minutes.Sadly, it wasn't just us, everyone was standing around waiting. The drive through definitely was receiving more attention it seemed. No benefit from using the app, check my photo: 1:00pm order placed, 1:42pm order received.

Spent an hour or here between youth sports events. The food was great and the playground kept the kids entertained while we killed time.
Food ain't nothing special. Good place to take the kids tho to play unless it's super crowded with other kids then off to the next place.

They have excellent burgers. Their sauces are all unique and flavorful. When we have eaten in or driven thru the service was friendly and efficient. My only issue was slightly soggy tots. Would definitely say they are a worthwhile experience.Parking: Always plenty of spots.

I drive by here all the time and finally decided to give it a try. When looking at the menu the food looks amazing, once we got home we were shocked. The burgers were small for the price and honestly didn’t taste that great, the fries tasted like oil, and our fried pickles were soggy. Even though we waited at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came I gave the service 4 stars because she gave us an extra shake because she made to much. Even though it was just vanilla it was nice. I’m just really disappointment in the flavor of the food and how much it costs for the portions.
