Curly fries cold at 8:20am in the morning. The egg on the sandwich was cooked to dry, and the ham was such a thin slice. I called the restaurant 4 times shortly after I got my food to voice my concern, and no one answered the phone each time. I didn't have the time to go back at the moment. It was a waste of money because I threw it away.

we order our food online and have to wait at least 20 minutes after it said it was ready. one of my brother in laws asked for no onion and no mayo and got both. i got a gold peak sweet tea that tasted like actual water. my husband complained to me that a guy in a wheelchair came in the lobby and waited for someone to notice him and they didn't. the service absolutely sucks and don't sell TEA if you're gonna make it taste like water.

Me and some friends were going into the jack in the box on the corner of Louetta and one of the workers let them inside, but left me out. I was right behind one of my friends as the worker was closing the door. He told my friends that they couldn’t open the door for me. I got my mom to basically get my friends out of the jack in the box because the worker would let them out. I do not appreciate being shut out.

Whoever "just got there to work",at this time and on this day, needs to REALLY work on their customer service skills. You don't hang up on a customer while they are talking. That is extremely rude. If you aren't happy there then go find somewhere else to work!
