Food is amazing and fresh, not to mention the great price! Portions are normal-large scale, and the atmosphere is cozy yet has a certain food stall feel to it. Service was fast, and they didn't let your cup go empty for long. I drive 30-40 min fight traffic on I45 to get here.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely horrible! And it wasn't even busy because I came in after the lunch crowd. Even though I was the only customer at the time; I only saw the server 3 times: when she took my order, when she gave me my order, and then when she came to give me my check. She had a serious relationship with her cell phone that kept her from asking if I wanted a refill for my drink, any napkins; etc. The food was just ok; but coupled with the poor service, I don't recommend this place.

Ordered the green curry ramen and calamari appetizer. I personally like to eat curry ramen with some fried food and the fried calamari and curry ramen combo hit the spot; a couple sips of some strawberry ramune here and there…refreshing. Service was quick and and staff were friendly, I think I got all my food under ten minutes. Thinking about trying the beef tataki next time.

The food was very good and the customer service was GREAT!! Visited Komeya for the first time and had a patient and attentive waitress. My drink was always full and the food came out fast. The ambiance was soothing. They offer many options, so if you aren't interested in ramen, you are covered. My table ordered the original ramen, and it was delicious! What is even better is that their employees have integrity. After leaving behind an expensive item, an employee came running out to return it. Overall, an amazing restaurant with amazing employees.

I loved this place for a long time. Ever since the change in management it seems the quality goes down every time I go. Often, the rolls are not even closed and fall apart when I try to eat them. My wife just got takeout and got the wrong roll with multiple peoces entirely open just hidden under other pieces.
