Went here for a togo order. As i was waiting they have roaches on the floor. Really disgusting. They need a exterminator this was not my first time here, I have seen them here multiple times.

I have came and got taken out here and loved the food today I took my mother out to eat with other family total of 5 people, We were greeted very good.but unfortunately one employee made it very uncomfortable for us and we will not be going back. she was very rude when we we went to order a Gordita she said I am not taking your order for food right now I’m getting your drinks order but in a very rude way. I have had an encounter with this employee aswell and felt like she was rushing us out the door last time and now this altercation I live right behind this place and use to order from there a lot it is a shame but I will not be going back

The server Mayra was unattended, too busy on her cell phone in the back table by the bar. She never came to my table to see if I needed anything or if I wanted anything. poor customer service from several Mayra. I hope I never get her as a server again.

The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. I ordered takeout but I would definitely go here after a long day at work and order in just for the chill vibes of the atmosphere. The staff were so friendly. The food was hot and very flavorful!

I see the reviews and I remember when we used to visit this place it was great but as of late just seems mediocre. The beans and enchilada sauce seemed to come from a can also their menu has so much to choose, like too much. I’d recommend keeping it simpler with the menu for those first timers. There also wasn’t any beverages on the menu and our server didn’t seem to even know what they served for drinks unless it was alcoholic drinks. Guess I should’ve visited when the are doing the buffet maybe??

I always eat here and enjoy the food. Today and the past few times I have been disappointed. I am a regular customer. Today was empanadas and they were cold and the chips were cold and stale and also the salsa was not good. Ice tea was cloudy. Not fresh. I always loved eating here but I might have to sit it out for a few weeks and then try it again to see if it gets back to normal. The ladies at the register are so sweet and kind and friendly. I never have had such a bad experience except for today.So sorry to post the bad review but I loved this place. Just not happy today.Sharon
