This location needs to hire more people , this is ridiculous no need to order online either you will still end up waiting an extra 25 min on top of the time they told you the pizzas will be ready. They never have the hot n ready available either.For this area they need better employees, or better management.

This place is terrible. I tried to call because my online order was canceled. It says to call for more information. It’s like they just picked up the phone just so it would stop ringing. I could hear all the background noise but no one ever came to the phone. It’s not the first time I have issues here. And I only do online when I order because if you go in store they take forever and are so unorganized.

Orders are always late, the pizza falls apart and is poorly sliced, people waiting for their pizza in the lobby for a long time, no one taking orders, just dudes chillin in the back. Sometimes pizza is on time and actually not bad, but only when certain people work there. Otherwise, we all know why it runs like a$$

Food is never ready or even cooked all the way. Placed a mobile order hoping it would be faster. Arrived and nobody had a clue. They couldn’t find my order apparently which I’m sure it’s bull. So after waiting over 20 mins they hand me a cold pizza. Unbelievable. Also the crazy bread is either cold or raw. They have ruined it for me. Not going back.

Should be 0 stars. Everything about this place is terrible. 1 Pizza took and hour. It was burnt, uncut and falling apart. Most importantly I witnessed one of the staff members discriminate against a Hispanic women because she only spoke Spanish. I let them know I could help and their response was “I don’t care”.

What a mess! People waiting for 2 hours. Understaffed by at least half. The poor teenager running the register was also making the food and the system was unclear to her what people had ordered or if they had paid. The employees were doing the best they could but the owner needs to staff this store appropriately to handle the business. These kids aren’t old enough to manage this mess.
