I placed an online lunch order at 11:40am to be ready for 12:30-12:35pm at the 7306 Louetta Rd, Spring location. I did not get my pizza until 12:53pm. Just for my pizza to be in the oven behind the counter ready the entire time. I was also almost given the wrong order. I will not be purchasing from this location ever again. The stress with this location is not worth it.

Al was so friendly and made sure I got the best service. I’m pretty sure he made me a fresh pizza too since they had to make the cheese sticks anyway. Just really good service.

This was our first order with any Little Caesar pizza place anywhere. While the product I took home was close to being very good, the toppings were scant. Few mushrooms, onions, or italian sausage...the amount of pepperoni was good. If I hadn't known what I ordered (on line) I wouldn't have know what to look for. So lose a star for that and another for the attitude of the woman who came to the counter when I entered their store. She just didn't want to know or answer any questions...she simply muttered, turned, and walked off. Unbelieveable.

Pizza was burnt , crazy bread was over cooked , no sauce on pizzas , had one with mushrooms and bacon hardly any mushrooms. On top of that they weren't even busy. All 4 pizzas looked like this. One week they are good and then the next they are trash!!!!!
On a Friday night, how can a place like this not have the foresight to make many pizzas in anticipation of the many people who will be wanting pizza? We waited for over 40 minutes for simple cheese pizzas and breadsticks along with 20 other people.

I ordered two pretzel crust pizzas with cheese and they made them wrong. The pizzas had pepperoni on them. I was on the phone for 20 mins waiting for the store manager and they never picked up. So I drove back to the location and I had them remake them and they were wrong again. Don’t use this location. The service is awful.

I waited 35 mintues to pickup the pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust. The pizza tasted okay. The pizza resembled Domino's pizza in taste. However, I did not look at the receipt until I arrived home. I receive the receipt from the cashier and stuff the receipt in my pocket.When I looked at the receipt, I observed that the cashier modified the order and added a $2.10 tip. I am angry. Adding tips for yourself is fraud. I will email and call Little Caesar's corporate office to report the cashier's fraud. In addition, the pizza restaurant hired four teenagers for the restaurant. Only two teenagers wroked to fulfill customer's orders. I observe the horror. Another mate worked as a Courier for Doordash. He waited 30 minutes for the team to deliver the 10 pizzas to the Doordash driver. He made a note on the Doordash app that all the pizzas are cold.
