This is not a customer friendly store out of all the people that were in there not one greeted us and helped us. The crazy thing is what we wanted was already done so it would of took no time. One employee walked past us mean mugging and just walked outside still nobody welcome, how can we help you, or someone will be here with you in a moment. I am very big on customer service and I refuse to spend my money somewhere where my money is not appreciated.

One of the team members threatened to fight me! He said, “I could clock out right now and fight you outside of the store!”I’ve never had a worse experience just picking up some damn pizza.And yes, the manager WAS THERE the entire time and was not trying to help me at all.

Just read all the 1 star reviews and add mine to those same complaints. Put an order in for 5 pm pick up, app said would be ready by 5:05. Was put in oven at 5:02, wasn't put in warmer until 5:40. It had been on the counter for 30 minutes as the workers kept piling boxes trying to figure out orders. Of course, ice cold when I got it, but there was literally 9 people waiting and it was 8 bucks so wasn't worth the refund.

ALWAYS! terrible service and long wait for hot and ready pizza even when calling ahead. Had to get a refund because they took two hours for two pepperoni pizzas called in! No one is helping counter EVERY SINGLE TIME I go. I’m done with this location!!!
I picked up a pizza from this location about 15 minutes ago and the tall guy name ryan with the curly hair took my order for a deep dish pepperoni pizza. it took 30 minutes for my one pizza to be made and when i finally take the pizza and i look at the box the name he put was for “ the black girl with glasses”HE NEVER ASKED ME FOR A NAME BUT HE PUT “ black girl with glasses “ I FIND IT VERY DISRESPECTFUL HOW HE DID THAT. i called back there to express my feelings and he proceeds to tell me “ im sorry you feel that way “ is that how you treat a first time time customer? I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
