I’m very displeased this morning this fish and fries is sloggy there’s no crispy crunchy it taste like it was warm up from yesterday. I’m very disappointed I’ve been going there for the last week and fish was crispy crunchy and hot. This taste like it from yesterday and it’s been prewarm!! Tried to call phone doesn’t even work!!! WTH!!!!! This is the one located on FM 2920 …If you do check your food before you leave ?

The service at this location is HORRIBLE! I order online at 7:35 and get a notice it will be ready at 7:40. I arrive at 7:50 and they haven’t even started the order?. Not the first time this has happened. The employees don’t care, PERIOD!
