I had a less than desirable first time visit. We went there on a whim bc my son (4) wanted pizza and we were next door. We ordered at the counter (6:36pm), gave our name and was instructed to sit and name would be called when ready. We were the only guests dining in. We waited over 60 minutes for 2 size small pizzas. When I finally asked about them apparently the pizza had been placed on the pick up rack. They were cold and we left w them. Despite that... the cauliflower pizza was tasty and i do recommend. The cheese pizza was not great the underside was undersone and not to our liking. Overall over an hour wait for 2 size small pizzas and over $30 total. I dont think we will visit again any time soon.

Terrible pizza. The pizza was very very very dry, barely any pizza sauce and made with stale dough. Taking one bite the pizza starts cracking. The cheese was even disgusting. Their ingredients are far below average compared to the competition. I'll NEVER purchase anything from Marcos again. You Couldn't pay me to take it for FREE!

I love all the workers. They are all so friendly and nice. The pizza is always good! The girlies in the front are always so kind and friendly. My favorite Marcos Pizza!

Hello,We usually get pizza from Mod but for school pizza week, we went to pickup pizza at Marco’s. I ordered Cheese pizza with Chicken topping and Boneless wings. When I reached home and saw: there was no chicken on my pizza and boneless wings were made of dough and no chicken in it. Really Disappointed :( with service and quality of the food.

How hard is it to get an order correct? This is why we never oder from this store any more. If you order an item and add an ingredient that DOES NOT mean leave off the standard ingredients for that item. It means ADD the requested ingredient in addition to standard ingredients. For example, if I wanted a pepperoni manifico with no pepperoni I’d order a different pizza. duh!

Not great, staff put pizza boxes on floor during a rush. Those orders should be served in clean boxes. I didnt see them use the box on the ground, but it was not good to know that how food is handled.

We were starting to like Marcos pizza and were looking forward to buying during our school's fundraiser. My previous experience was not great given that I had to wait for my online order for over an hour! My kids pizza box was given to a different household the Manager at that time made up for the mistake by dropping off my kids used and stained pizza box once it was retrieved. I get it, mistakes happen. His willingness to right a wrong was very much appreciated.I purchased some pizzas last week during Bradley's fundraiser and inspite of the long wait time, my prek kid's box was intact and delivered curbside within 15 mins.This week Bradley is still hosting their fundraiser and I was so looking forward to getting my 2nd graders box! (His box was delivered to the wrong address in the past)Well, I received the email stating it was ready for pickup. I arrived at the location before 6 pm, checked in with the "I'm here" button and waited. I must've waited over 20 mins! I finally called in and asked to speak with the manager, a young lady who brought out my pizzas.My kids box was placed underneath a regular box and stained because of this!I dont know if I was ignored because I didn't leave an online tip this time, and by making me wait and staining my kids box they showed their disapproval... i had planned on handing over cash back I got the day before , close to $5 bucks. I don't like to carry cash and I wanted to give them the cash tip instead.So whether they did this on purpose or whether it was an oversight I'm left once again annoyed and disappointed.Not only did I have to wait for over 20 minutes when my pizzas were ready before 6pm, but my kids box was stained because the staff failed to place the fundraiser box on top to protect it from grease stains.It's worth mentioning that last week's pick up had no issues. My prek box was clean , the wait time was still long. I wonder if the only difference was that the tip was applied during the online order ...I'm feeling annoyed.
