I came around 2pm wasn’t very busy at the time. One place their order before me and someone was waiting. Once I placed my order I had a seat but before I ordered I noticed how tired the cashier appeared. She was constantly yawning and complaining how sleepy she was during the whole time. I can sympathize if maybe she was sick and pushing through the day but clearly she was hung over or stayed up far too late. At least three to four people ordered after me got their food first. Once I finally got my order food it was wrong. When they finally fixed my order the people who dined in had finished eating and left.

They ALWAYS forget my cookie to the point DoorDash questioned was I lying. So I decide to place order for pick up only for them to forget my cookie again and when I notified there was a delay , attendant claimed it wast on receipt while staring at the receipt

Paid over 20 dollars per person for a cup of soup, a 4 inch sandwich, a 6inch sandwich and a bag of chips way over priced and will never order from again.
When I tell you that the customer service at this location is superb. The managers went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews. Was extremely disappointed when I went in today to get a to-go order. The behavior of the gentleman in the wheelchair working, was completely unprofessional and disgusting. Saying if I “needed to slap the cashier, I could” and that it was “abuse the employees day.” I was extremely uncomfortable, and quite frankly the girls working there don’t get paid enough for that type of treatment. He needs to do better.

THEY GET IT RIGHT EVERY TIME! If you love sweet tea, get the tea pass. You can get one large sweet tea once a day for one month for $6.99. YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT DEAL. it is consistently good. I also add flavors like peach or strawberry. Yummy! I always get the club sandwich and my daughter gets the chicken sandwich warm. Both are really good especially the soup!!! The also have good stuffed baked potatoes! The service is good and ambiance feels like home and it's clean.
