I work very late sometimes and I wanted to come get a very late night meal at around 2:30am on my way home, and these A holes refused to acknowledge that I was in the drive through for 20 mins, they even looked directly at me when I pulled up to the cashiers window and they still didn’t acknowledge my presence, ended up going to jack in the box down the road cause their late night employees are actually worth a damn

I entered the McDonald's attempting to use the koisk but had trouble, rang the bell but it was never answered. I approached the counter and tried request assistance from an employee who looked up at me, ignoring me. I asked her several times before she looked up again and said, You talking to me? I answered that I was. She cursed me and went back too ignoring me. I requested to speak with manager. The manager was respectful, courteous and professional. She assured the issued would be promptly handled and addressed. Accolades to McDonald's for their choice in management at this location.

Since companies don't care for anything under 5 stars. The employees are great, just probably overworked. Food is either seasoned well or haphazardly put together (I enjoy when the condiments are put evenly on my burger/sandwich instead of on one side.If you don't ask for ketchup you won't get any. There's been only one time when they forgot something to my order, but they handled it when I brought it up (couldn't go back at the time so I called)Would I visit again? Yes, so long as there's no line

I did a curbside order because I had to drop my car off. When I got to my destination I realized I didn’t receive part of my order. So I had to get a ride to go back to get my fries and the manger caught an attitude with me and accused me of lying. She was very unprofessional and rude I won’t be
