Came here before ordered on the app big breakfast and counter service. Picked it up at the counter and asked for 1 additional syrup the woman aka said she was the "manager" told me it would be 30cents ? Really I have been to this location before and wasn't charged. The McDonald's down the road both locations by 45 and off 2920 NEVER CHARGE FOR 1 EXTRA SYRUP!! SHE DID RELUCTANTLY FINALLY GIVE ME A SYRUP. Then I go to fill my drink floor was wet and no straws in the container. I got my own jelly because they put 1 in the bag.They don't leave any contiments out like salt and pepper! This location drive thur I have experienced problems with as well. I will drive 3 more minutes to a more customer friendly location THIS ONE SUCKS DONT BE TRYING TO MILK CUSTOMERS FOR SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BE DOING ANYWAY

Can’t grade the food because they never took my order in the drive thru. Me or any of the other people waiting that morning. Just completely ignored us. We could see them inside working. Someone went to the door and knocked and they were ignored too. Wow. They were open.

Ordered on app, pulled up to speaker and was told they were closed. Told them I just placed my order and was told sorry. Asked for my money back and was told you'll get it back it two days. As of right now 1 star I may change it after my money is in my account. Will be there in the morning to see manager. Hope for a better experience, I do like this McDonald's just not happy with night crew.

Found a cockroach in my bag.Took out the burger and nuggets and saw this little roach scurrying around the bottom. Absolutely disgusting, what a waste of money.Avoid this place like the plague.

I enjoyed the food, as always, but I'm disappointed as to why there is always no one at the front counter when you walk in. I understand that they're busy helping out with the drive thru, but someone should be there to greet & take orders from walk-in customers as well.

Soft Drinks - unsweetened.No chips, fries... You have choices you prefer. I am not telling anyone what's right or wrong. Just be happy.Parking: While limited, it's free,Kid-friendliness: A few high chairs when needed/asked for.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables have the wheelchair decal on the table, and is easy to notice as there's no chair in that particular space.
