I picked up a couple of pizzas and was a bit disappointed. I’ve been to other mod pizzas before and i loved it but this time pizza was over cooked and a bit dry. The place was packed but the service was good. I wish the pizza had had more sauce and hadn’t been over cooked.

Interesting concept with the pizza, you take a thin crust pizza and then come up with new recipes. Not your traditional pizza that's for sure but interesting.

You have to tell the workers to change their gloves after touching everything in place then they put water down sauce no flavor very unhappy with this place second time it was sooo much better when old manager was there now a couple of people that seems unhappy with the job final strike will no longer go

This location tends to get pretty busy, and there are not always that many workers. Because of this service can be slow, but the workers do their best to get food out quickly. This location is not the cleanest--again short on staff--but the food always comes out hot.

Usually, mod is good, but the service was today was meh and bad vibes. Young lady didn't change her gloves when she added non dairy cheese. The young man handing orders just was giving me weird looks. You just can tell something was off. I think I'll stick to my location (Spring East) way more welcoming and better customer service.

The place is dirty, trash on the he floor. Pizza was ok, gluten free crust was tasteless. The employee who helped me just trow ingredients on top careless, I had few pieces that didn't have any meat at all. One red hair guy with beard was really helpful, he wanted to make sure pizza was cooked long enough because we wanted extra crisp but overall I will not recommend this place for a good dinner or date.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly crust

My wife and I walked in and there was one person in front of us waiting and then one more was getting their pizza made. The guy behind the counter was slow which would have been ok but then when he was done making the persons pizza he was working on he stopped to refill the line (while another team member stood around just watching) and then proceeded to make online orders instead of serving the rest of the party in front of me and servicing myself. Utterly horrible. We left after 15 minutes of no movement.

My first time back in this location in a few years and it was a 10/10. The staff was amazing, very attentive and provided a wonderful experience. From the ones making the food, cooking the pizza, etc. !!!!

Good size for personal pizza and you can put as many toppings as you want. Good selection of toppings.Parking: Lots of parking. Were in a row between Mod Pizza and a green strip that separates the parking for the restaurants from Kroger. Seems Kroger does consider that green strip to be the end of their parking. We went to Kroger after we ate and as we were passing the green strip the shopping cart tire locked up. It would be nice if Kroger allowed their carts in the whole parking lot.

Love the pizza, and the staff is friendly. But! This is by far the slowest location I go to. They really need to speed up their process. They never have two people taking orders, no matter how long the line. Just know you're not getting out in a hurry here.
