No one working at the front or serving any tables at all. Placed an order at the Kiosk and waited but employees had no clue I had even made an order because they didn't know how to find the kiosk orders. Took so long to prepare our order and the full sized sandwich was a laughable size. Shame on Panera Bread and the owner of this location..

The girl was very sweet, and it was not her fault for my dumb experience. I ordered a whole chicken Caesar salad, and added avocado for over 2 dollars. I ordered a small Mac and cheese, and an ice water. I was charged over 3 dollars for an ice water, and she said that was typical. Fine, I go home, my Mac and cheese was filled literally halfway. A 7 dollar side of Mac and cheese, and there was just a few spoonfuls. I open my salad, there is, literally, 1 single chunk of Avocado in it. So I paid over 2 extra dollars for 1 half of a single slice of avocado. I don’t like to make reviews often, but when I spent 27 dollars on a salad, a small side of Mac and cheese, and ice water and for it to be thrown together is so disappointing and not worth what I paid for. Every single Panera I go to is like this, and it’s very disappointing to see them charge so much for nothing.

Do not waste your time here. Service is terrible. They gave me the wrong order 3 times. The sandwich's are small and looks like 2 pieces of cardboard glue together.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I don't know if new managment means bad managment because the previous managment was so much better. Ordered to-go from the in-store kiosk and got nothing of what I ordered. After being made to wait nearly 30 minutes, I was then appraoched by a manager to have me tell them what I ordered. They had the ticket in front of them. And any customization I had asked for was not done until I specifically told them. Again, what's the point of me ordering and having an option to customize before I order if the kitchen isn't going to READ THE TICKET. I shouldn't have had to tell them anything. Then when I finally received my order it was ALL WRONG. And when I went in to let them know the manager looked me in theface and said," Oh, we just changed things on the menu so that's why they look wrong." NO!!!! I was given the completely incorrect order. Won't be going back anytime soon. Horrible service!

Worse place to come get a meal. This place is run by kids who are playing around instead of prepping food. Took more than 20 minutes to get my soup and flat bread.

Repeated order twice; requested no onions on salad and chips w/rest of order. I got onions and no chips. No utensils on a to go order. Tried calling SEVERAL times so I could go back but no one answered. Not happy with service to say the least.

Biggest disappointment EVER!!! Ordered a turkey bacon sandwich, got a bacon sandwich that consisted of two slices of barely their bacon. No turkey, no veggies and sauce mushed up in the bread. The guy that took our order at the front seem like he could care less and obviously none of the employees care. This Panera should be shut down. We don’t recommend this Panera and we will never return here, waste of time and money!!!

Wish I could give this place zero stars. This location must be the sacrificial lamb for the rest of the Paneras out there because everything was wrong with it. Literally everyone was sitting outside or took it to go because of how cold it was. It also smelled like moldy yeast and dirty water. My sandwich tasted like it and the to-go bag also smelled like it. We decided to use the drive-thru because it was so cold but had to go back in because of how bad our orders were. My gf had 2 out of the 5 ingredients that were supposed to be on her sandwich and they only gave me half of my sandwich. They remade our sandwiches and that’s when they told her that they were missing ingredients for hers. Why would you just continue to make it anyways without telling the customer you’re missing ingredients. My new sandwich looked like it was involved in an abusive relationship. They slapped it together from the top rope with their eyes closed. The guy in the drive thru was barely audible and we had to repeat almost everything we said 2-3 times. There were people waiting to order because the front cashier was on break and no one else seemed to notice. This whole experience felt like a fever dream and I will probably not be going to a Panera for a while. This place needs a whole management overhaul.
