Normally a great experience. Sadly, this was not the case last night. I called and ordered a pan medium pizza, double pepperoni with green peppers. The pizza was in a sad state and did not taste or look like what your product normally is or I have received in the past I know I am being sarcastic but when I said double pepperoni, I really meant more than two pieces of pepperoni as you’ll see for the photos. I also expected a little bit of tomato sauce and more cheese just a better product overall, I won’t go in and continue to insult. Would be nice if the product would return to what it used to be so I can trust and depend on the pizza that I am accustomed to receiving. Thanks, Alfred.

So upset we never received our pizza. We paid for it online we kept calling and they kept saying it was cooking then said twice that it was on the way And it never arrived. It's so hard to get a refund from them too. You can call the store directly either.

This is the closest Pizza Hut to me, they have messed up my simple order so many times, the day posting this I ordered 1 pizza, a big New York Pepperoni pizza, and they forgot the pepperoni ????
I recommend using their website or app when ordering anything from Pizza Hut. They have deals and specials on both of those platforms. If not, you will be paying full menu price and that's a lot.

It’s been an hour and a half and I still haven’t received my delivery yet, I called back to check the status of my order and they keep pushing it back so I asked to cancel and they said since it was out for delivery already, I couldn’t cancel. Then I asked for a refund and the lady said she’s transfer me to the people working at the Pizza Hut place. I waited and nobody answered..
