Pressed juices are always so tasty and refreshing and I’ve always received good service every time I come by except for today, sadly. Awhile ago, a lovely lady was passing out samples one outside the store and she got me hooked on the Pressed x Hilma Debloat Juice so I grab it every once in awhile when I feel it’s needed. I came in today to grab one and there was a young man with short light brown hair running the store, he didn’t acknowledge me when I came in so I assumed he was busy assisting the man at the counter but after 3-5 minutes of them standing in silence and the employee taking the time to briefly look around and check his clipboard, I piped up (loudly and clearly) and asked If I could quickly order my juice to which I was ignored. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have much time to wait so I just left which is really disappointing because the employees are usually always attentive and kind so I’m not sure what was up with this guy. I’ll definitely come back for my juice just maybe not when he’s there.

The Açaí Power Bowl was absolutely delicious! The flavor, texture, and temperature of the ingredients were simple but unexpected in the best way. Extra chill and refreshing on a hot day. The employees were super helpful as it was my first time and unfamiliar with their products. The best açaí bowl I have ever had, finished it before I arrived home, slightly on the sweet side but so good!

I love the location in Market square and usually go once a week. However the last time, the employee didn't ask me if I wanted a topping and I was charged extra when I asked for a different topping. I felt like they could have comped the one topping that I didn't ask for. After all the protein bowls cost over 10.00, just my opinion.

Went to pick up an order for delivery and store was closed even if it was during hours. Door was locked and you can clearly see no one was inside. Waste of the customer’s and my time.

This amazing store made my family and I extremely happy. The employee who helped us is named David. This young man was patient as we made our choices and was extremely friendly! Customer service was and is his strongpoint. I recommend this place for cleanliness and inviting environment when looking for a sweet, cold plant based, non dairy or regular dairy treat with smoothies to enjoy. I recommend whole heartedly.

Their ataff is very kind. Dee took great care of us and introduced thier wide selection of fresh juices. Shs also showed us many ways to save you money with their combo optjons . Their smoothie bowls are amazing with multiple bases. I tried Dragon fruit and Noodle Cake with my girlfriend. The place was clean. Everything was delicious. We will come back. It is located right next to a "sweet green", so it makes for the perfect post meal stop by.
Stoped by today to grab some juices to stock my fridge. A storm was approaching so I appreciated Dee being so helpful and quick in getting my order together. She made some great recommendations and I will be back very soon.

*Update* Moved my rating from one star to four stars because the manager Jorge reached out right away to make things right.Original post: The employee who I assume identifies as she/her, wearing glasses, working at 3:20pm on Monday, May 15, 2023, took a couple minutes to come out from the back.I purchased $60 worth of juices. I asked if I could use the restroom (I am pregnant and shall give birth next week!). The employee mentioned above lied and said the restrooms were not working, and denied me access to the bathroom. This is not OK considering I am pregnant and that I spent a good amount of money at this establishment.
