I tried the fish ceviche and it was delicious. I'm used to the Mexican ceviche but the Peruvian style is absolutely delicious. It was fresh, acidic, well seasoned and the other elements brought textures and flavors that I really liked. Will be coming back for sure.
Spectacular place! Excellent food! The Amazonian aero chaufa and cylinder pork are highly recommended and in reality everything is delicious but those are the favorites and the prices are very affordable and they serve very generous dishes. I loved the

GREAT Peruvian food. Our family loves Peruvian food (GF is Peruvian), and this food truck did not disappoint. Ceviche was excellent. Empanadas yummy. Salchipapas were plentiful. And as someone who doesn’t typically like alfajores - they were damn delicious!! They were like double stuff and the cookie part super crunchy/crumbly. Perfection. We will definitely be back.
