The service was amazing by Carey (I might be spelling her name wrong). I had dinner with my 3 kids and she was ON TOP of their drinks, on top of our bottomless fries, and just gave great service overall. I didn't have to ask her for anything because she was able to anticipate our needs. The dining room was closed however due to it being flooded overnight so it was kind of warm in there but it didn't affect the service provided by our server.

Taylor was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal!!! She had a bunch of tables and multitasked, bringing us every little thing we could need and more! She is so kind and you can see how hard she works; She is just fabulous! The food was great too! Get the garlic aïoli for your fries!!!

I had the Royal Red Robin hamburger with an egg sunny side up. It was fantastic. The sweet potato fries were very thin and somewhat overcooked. We had the short stack onion rings... they tasted fine but a tad over cooked since you could not bite through the onion ring inside. Service was friendly but very slow. The restaurant was fairly clean but we noticed the tile floors in front of the bar were slippery (walking to the restroom). The other thing to know is most hamburgers are around $15, which it is pricey but the taste & presentation were good. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The place was empty and we saw her once during the ordering and when once when we got done. Not wanting to be waited on hand and foot but it would have been nice to have received a refill once or twice before leaving…

Today I used Red Robin on Kuykendahl in Spring, TX for a business lunch. I ordered the night before, online, and it was really easy. It was easy to get a burger bar, customized to what the people wanted AND add two individual entrees. That is not often easy. Thanks, Red.Now the food... Got to the office and the order was perfect. No mess ups. They had the box for the burger bar, and a box with condiments. I will try to remember them all... lettuce, tomatoes, fresh jalapenos, onions, fried onion, smashed avacados, mushrooms, bacon, and 3 sauces - Teriyaki, barbeque and chipotle. YUM!! When I went to pick them up I was early. The manager came to the door to unlock and saw there and waved me in!! What an experience. They are great and the whole group loved their food. Again, Thanks Red.
