Kind of expensive but delicious. Great menu and comes out looking great. I will return for like a birthday or special occasion.

We walk in and we are greeted with the friendliest hello. The atmosphere was inviting and fun. The music was great and added something new to our dining experience. We sat at the bar where Chris took our experience to a whole new dimension. Not only did he offer our palate a new perspective he offered stimulating conversation filled with humor, trivia knowledge, and amazing suggestions for those of us that are new to the area. Chris gave us a brief history of his location which made us feel like we were regulars. His attentiveness set a new standard that we will come to expect from any established we come upon. His attention to detail is mind blowing!!!

We had the seared ahi tuna and the salmon poke bowls. They came out with hibachi bowls first and when they corrected it they just moved the hibachi cooked meats to our poke bowls. Threw it way off. No good. That's too bad

For chain sushi it's pretty good. I liked the unplugged roll. It's light and refreshing and fresh!! It would have been nice to have some spice to it but I still enjoyed it. Great for lunch and will fill you up for hours without leaving you feeling overly full and sluggish.

Ordered from Ubereats. It was okay. Can you please offer a larger portion of miso soup?

This was a great spot - definitely a place I'll go back to. Small spot in a strip mall. Didn't give off the typical Japanese restaurant vibes. Felt more like a sports bar that serves sushi, and the sushi and sashimi were both excellent. Their Tuesday special of buy one premium roll and get one standard roll free was a great deal - we ended up getting a sashimi appetizer and four rolls for only about $50, and for two of us at lunch that was more than enough.

I am very sorry that I did not include photos, but I didn't walk into this thinking that I was going to do a review.I went in for the Monday night hibachi special, planning on getting the steak that so won me over before. The waiter, as waiters do, moved in for the upsell. Rather than go with the recommended trio, which was the most expensive thing on the hibachi menu, I went for the Maine Event, considering it was steak and lobster. What could go wrong?Everything was wrong with this dish, which was essentially a fried rice dish attempting to be a poke, but with a hibachi theme. The dish was so terribly bad that I actually started to cry because not only had I spent my hard earned money on this monstrosity, but it also did nothing to sate my craving for hibachi. There were only tidbits of steak within that mountain of rice, so little that it would have been more correctly placed under the category of fried rice with steak and lobster. The lobster, however, failed to rescue the dish. What lobster I was able to locate was tough and chewy, with a slightly fishy taste. It was neither fresh nor delicate. There were no hibachi vegetables to speak of, which may have given some fresh respite from the overpowering flavors of the various sauces and crispy onions. My biggest mistake was assuming that my waiter was simply trying to upsell me as he was trying to steer me away from this dish. I should have taken note of the way he seemed to wince when I ordered it. I would have been happy had I just gone for the steak hibachi. Instead, here I am, feeling like the lead investigator of a crime scene, preparing the case to press charges against the criminals behind this culinary offering that should never have been. For the love of all that is holy, please only try this dish if your taste buds have ceased to function, perhaps as it would be if you have covid. Otherwise, I recommend only trying this if you are up for an adventure which will be unlikely to end in enjoyment, but which will serve the purpose of winning a dare, or checking off a bucket list.Aside from this dish, the service is good and I'm a fan of the salad. The sushi is okay. I'm not a fan of the spicy sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls, but it's okay. The service is fine too. The ambiance is amazing. The Maine Event.. don't eat that.

The food was delicious. Great service. Atmosphere...I've been to this place before when they had album covers on their menus, concert posters on their walls, and older rock on the speakers. It was great. Now the memorabilia is gone (copyright issues according to the staff), and they're not playing rock and metal, which is what I came for. The waitress I talked to said the playlist comes from corporate and that they can't change it. So here's my submission for them to start putting more rock and metal and less alt. Either that or put a Juke Box for the customers to pick.
