If I could give this place a 0 I would. It is the closest location to my house but I rather drive to the second closest where staff is actually nice. I been here more than 5 times already and the attitude the employee has is incredible.Never going to this location again!!!! ?

We get a smoothie and a bowl everyday. The last 2 days They’re not as full as they usually are. Have the owners starting the shrinkage method? We are noticing. If it continues we will have to go to another location.

Second time here, and I've not been able to order from 8:30-9PM. If this location likes to shut down early maybe they should just put that they're not open past 8:30PM. The first time I came there were workers still inside and they locked the door. This time I arrived at 8:45 and they said their system is down and they cannot take orders. I guess next time when I show up they will have the same story or just won't answer. I'll keep this review up to date. I enjoy smoothies, but work until 8:30 and like to get them on my way home.For service 1 star because I can't get hardly any.

I was unable to even order a smoothie from this location. There was only one person in the store and a line. I had to leave to make it to work on time. I think this location might need more people.

Walked in and noticed the young man behind the counter was opening and cutting up a banana with no gloves on. And with the same bare fingers, putting the banana slices in an açaí bowl (I think). I just walked out.

This is typically my go to location. Just 3 days ago they added these new Smoothie bowls. It’s safe to say it was a rip off at $11.25 a bowl there was four strawberries and four slices of bananas a line of blueberries in center was more sufficient like picture and the entire bowl didn’t reach the rim Not even close to the picture. I think I will wait now before I try again til they get the hang of how to make them. I’d say my portion was worth $7.50

I was Happy that they had Açaí bowls but I said good morning… he just looked at me then he lifted up the container to put the toppings on and there where nets flying around the toppings …. then he hands me my spoon and puts it on the counter not sanitary…. Some store have red spoons and the are covered I won’t return… First impressions are everything for me. Please have your workers take a class on work ethics .

Double charged accidentally by employee who was very apologetic, and they frequently have credit card machine issues at this location. The employee called manager and confirmed that I was double charged, manager was unwilling to handle and advised would reach out later, which he did not. Weeks later when I was able to speak with a manager he was unwilling to correct and advised to dispute the charge with my credit card company.A franchise consultant for smoothie king reached out after seeing a negative review and rectified the situation. I appreciate the corporations willingness to correct a wrong, I only wish the manager had used better discretion.Outside this isolated experience I have nothing but positive things to say concerning smoothie king and their products.

I love that it is not any long lines when I visit this spot, because it seems like most people order their smoothie via the online app. I normally pop in for a 20 oz Lean 1 vanilla, or The Hulk Vanilla smoothie after a good workout. Depending on who is working here, on any given day, you might get a slightly watered down tasting smoothie like I did today. However, that has only happened to me a few times out of the many that I have been here.There is not a lot of seating, so grab your drink and go.

2 employees working mobile orders and not acknowledging anyone that’s there for a walk-in order. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don’t even ask you if you want to make an order. Already 4 people walked out and I will be the 5th.

We went to this location after a school meeting. There was a great associate there; we believe his name is Michael. He did a great job with our order. We were out of there in no time, and he seemed to do well with little help. If management reads this, “give that guy a raise!” Happy Holidays ☃️?
