Been coming to this smoothie king every week for almost 3 years straight. And I gotta say this is the best location around here. The staff is absolutely amazing and always makes the smoothies just beyond what any other location can do. always look forward to seeing the staff and greatly appreciate how awesome the manager is here. She’s made my smoothies perfect every time for years now and when I have to go to other location I notice such a difference in quality that just doesn’t compare to this spot.

Smoothie King closes at 10. I tried to order online through the app about 15 minutes prior to no avail. I tried to call multiple times since It's the only place open after the gym, They were told they cannot answer the phone after a certain time by their manager.Pulled up at 9:52 they were closed and cleaning. Spoke to Renee the manager on the phone and let her know the situation. She offered 0 compensation or customer solutions. I don't leave bad reviews this is the first one.

EDITED: When management is bad it reflects on the business. This explains why my daughter says the restaurant is nasty and has roaches. Glad I've never tried this one. This explains all the bad reviews. My review is more about management than it is service. My daughter worked at this smoothie King and recently got fired. She explained to the management that she had a religious convention to go to and could not make the meeting that was scheduled on a Sunday by the way. It was already understood that my daughter was not able to work Sundays and if she did work a Sunday it would have to be after a certain time. The manager simply says anybody who can't make the meeting is fired. My daughter already told me that this manager had fired a lot of people and she thought she would end up getting fired because this manager is just unfair and unreasonable, and doesn't talk to her employees with respect. Clearly if everyone is getting fired from this job then the manager has some issues. From my understanding she's arrogant and doesn't know how to treat her employees which are a lot of teenagers. This really needs to be brought to the attention of corporate because of employees aren't being kept because of management that's a problem. Disrespect is a problem.

I had the worst tasting $7 smoothie that went into the trash, so disappointing! I even reached out to the guest services and never received a response. Guess they don't really care if you're a satisfied customer or not.

Ordered a vegan coffee mocha and it was terrible! The smoothie was watered down and all I could taste was banana flavor. Smh

Good start for morning smoothies drink breakfast; got myself a large Vegan Mango Kale with Strawberries. Yummy ! Healthy drink always. Drive thru is a plus for on a go!
The manager Rene is the most rudest woman I've ever met!! Don't go here in the morning. The whole crew is rude in the morning.

Absolute laziest employees I've ever seen. Multiple times they will blame a drawer or the machine freezing and they won't take an order even if you leave them cash. Poor service poor food

The ladies at this smoothie king are so rude! I thanked the woman when she handed me my drink, and she said YEAH! My drink taste horrible! Had to throw away a 12 drink! Never going to this one again.

I loveeee smoothie king!! such a treat. they did took a while for our drinks to come out even though we were the only car in the drive through, and the young lady who took ordered made us feel rushed because we only got to order one drink and she asked us to pull up for the total before we even got a chance to let her know the rest of our order lol, still refreshing though :p I can never decide between the flavors there's too many to choose from

I recently received this place and was unhappy with the service. The management team reached out to me very quickly and was able to solve my complaint. They were very accommodating and made my experience much better. The Manger Renee helped me through is whole process and is the reason I will definitely come back to this smoothie king again.
